The challenge
WSTSC is a not-for-profit community language school that teaches Tamil language and culture to students from Preschool to Year 12, outside mainstream school hours, with classes at Walters Road Public School in Blacktown. Run by parents, volunteers and community leaders, the school needed a clear online presence for families looking for Tamil classes in Sydney, and a single system to manage enrolments, class assignments, student progress and communication with parents.

Our solution
We designed and built a bilingual English and Tamil website that explains the school's programs and levels, how to enrol, its teachers and volunteers, and upcoming events. Behind a secure sign-in sits a school management system: families submit an expression of interest and enrol online, staff assign students to classes, parents follow their child's grades and activities, and teachers share learning resources digitally.
